卻無一事能滿足我；
那時我聽救主對我說：
我是活泉使你永不渴。
求主充滿，將我杯充滿！
滋潤我，除我心靈乾渴；
天上靈糧，求主賜下餵養我，
充滿我，使我能福杯滿溢！

這世界有千萬人正在追求：
世上的享受與歡樂；
但不能與一珍寶相比，
我在主裡這珍寶已得著。
求主充滿，將我杯充滿！
滋潤我，除我心靈乾渴；
天上靈糧，求主賜下餵養我，
充滿我，使我能福杯滿溢！

親愛朋友這世界所能給你，
卻不能除你飢渴難受；
但救主能施恩拯救你，
若你謙卑跪下向祂祈求。
求主充滿，將我杯充滿！
滋潤我，除我心靈乾渴；
天上靈糧，求主賜下餵養我，
充滿我，使我能福杯滿溢！

For things that could not satisfy;
那時我聽救主對我說：
And then I heard my Savior speaking:
我是活泉使你永不渴。
Draw from My well that never shall run dry.
求主充滿，將我杯充滿！
Fill my cup, Lord, I lift it up, Lord!
滋潤我，除我心靈乾渴；
Come and quench this thirsting of my soul;
天上靈糧，求主賜下餵養我，
Bread of heaven, feed me 'til I want no more-
充滿我，使我能福杯滿溢！
